What is Light Weight

How you see yourself in your mind's eye when you are meditating, visualizing, and dreaming. This is your ideal body when you are happy, healthy, and balanced physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. All of these are factors in your ideal Light Weight.

Light Weight Coaching is a wholistic, transformational, approach to what’s been eating you, whether it stems from this life or past/other lives. We address ALL OF YOU —physical, mental, emotional AND usually forgotten energetic and spiritual components of weight management.

Light Weight Coaching is a mixture of talk, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and hypnotic suggestions that address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues that impact weight management.  For example: you're losing weight and your mate starts subconsciously sabotaging your efforts out of fear of losing you OR you've eliminated all other emotional issues around food but still find you're eating too much and can't stop. Chances are you've suffered some sort of trauma early in this life or a past life that may or may not have involved food, like starving to death (past life) or some sort of abuse, especially sexual abuse (weight functions as a form of protection).   Sessions are available in a number of different formats to fit everyone's budget.

All coaching sessions are recorded so you can play them back any time you want. The playback link is emailed out after the regular session.

Light Weight Coaching is a unique blend of tools and techniques to help you address the weight issue once and for all on every level:  physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.  No only does this private coaching provide individual attention and someone (me) to hold you accountable to yourself, but we address issues around emotional eating that often stem from the subconscious and its memory of trauma from this life or past / other lives. For example, this is the first time in current recorded world history when there is plenty to eat. Many (especially old souls who have been on Mother Earth for many, many lifetimes) have past lives wherein they starved to death. Until the energy charge around those past starvation issues are released, the weight will remain.

 

What makes Light Weight Coaching Programs so different? 

For starters, in most other weight loss programs you'll either focus on physical activity (personal trainer) or simply controlling what and when you eat with willpower (traditional weight loss programs). Sometimes emotional eating is also addressed but more often than not, it isn't. This program also makes your relationship with your own Divine Innate, the divine spark inside each and everyone of our cells, the center of our program.

AND I have never in all my years as a hypnotherapist, energy healer, coach, and minister seen any weight programs that also address the spiritual issues behind weight gain and weight management. Never. THIS ONE DOES. Building that relationship with your own Divine Innate is the heart of this program.

What will I gain working with you? Or better yet, what will I "lose?"

What will you lose? Your unhealthy relationship with food. The focus here is on health and changing your relationship with food from an unhealthy one to a healthy one and digging up the roots of when that relationship began to get twisted.  You'll become balanced physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Physical changes naturally follow the inner changes when you change you emotional and spiritual relationship with food. By the way, we don't "lose" things in here because the subconscious continues to look for things we "lose."  We manage our weight here.  :)

What if I decide *not* to work with you? What are the consequences? 

Short term the consequences of not working with me are continuing to think the way you are now, continuing to have the same relationship with your body as you do now, continuing to eat the same way you are now,  and continuing to see your body as "the enemy."  

 

Longer term consequences of not working with me are that you may experience health issues because of seeing your body as "the enemy" either consciously or subconsciously. The body listens to what we want and what we ask for and it delivers no matter what it is we ask for.

What are the expectations of me if I decide to work with you?

   *** Show up for your sessions

   *** Be responsible for yourself and your experiences (i.e., do any "homework" exercises)

   *** Be coach-able & teachable

   *** Be willing to stretch your comfort zone while learning new skills and abilities

   *** Be honorable and respectful of others and their journey, which may be different from yours
